Why Plantclick Is Expanding: More Plants, More Choice, Same Care

Title: Why Plantclick Is Expanding: More Plants, More Choice, Same Care

Introduction:
Plantclick started as a space dedicated to terrariums, but over time I felt the need to expand the offering. Today, the shop includes new plant categories and accessories, with the same goal as always: to bring you something unique, high-quality, and often hard to find in traditional stores.

What’s New in the Shop:

  • 🌿 Garden & Outdoor Plants – for balconies, terraces, or larger green spaces.
  • 🌸 Bulbs – seasonal flowers that bring beauty and color throughout the year.
  • 🌺 Kolibri Orchids – small, refined, and special.
  • 🪴 DIY Terrariums & Accessories – our first passion remains, with all you need to create and maintain your terrarium.

Why This Change:
I wanted to keep Plantclick light and easy to browse, but at the same time offer carefully selected categories of plants that are not always easy to find in traditional shops.

A Personalized Service:
While these are the main categories, I am always happy to provide a more personalized service. If you are looking for something special, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help you.

Conclusion:
Plantclick is growing, but the philosophy stays the same: simplicity, quality, and care. The new assortment is one more step to bring beautiful, original plants to your home—without complications.

🌿 PLANTCLICK: Greenery That Chooses You!

Hello there!
We’re Agnese and Luigi, founders of Plantclick.store, and we’d love to welcome you into our little green world.
Plantclick was born out of a desire to bring a touch of nature into everyone’s daily life — even when it seems hard to find.

Sometimes we pause to reflect on how lucky we are to live in a place where nature is all around us:
“Green surrounds us every day — it’s part of our routine. Here, nature isn’t just a luxury, it’s a constant presence. We breathe it, we see it, we live it.
And yet, even in such a setting, we sometimes forget it — caught in the rush of everyday life.”

Plantclick.store is our bridge between the chaos of daily life and the peace that only nature can offer.

TERRARIUM USER MANUAL – PLANTCLICK.STORE

TERRARIUM USER MANUAL – PLANTCLICK.STORE

Welcome to the World of Terrariums

Thank you for choosing a PlantClick.store terrarium! Creating and maintaining a terrarium is a fascinating experience that brings a touch of nature into your space. This guide will help you take care of your miniature ecosystem to ensure its longevity and beauty.

1. WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE KIT

Depending on the model of the terrarium you have chosen, the kit may contain:

  • Glass container (sealed or open)
  • Specific substrate for the included plants
  • Drainage layer (expanded clay, gravel, or activated charcoal)
  • Stabilized or live moss
  • Plants suitable for terrarium cultivation
  • Decorative elements (rocks, wood, colored sand, etc.)

2. HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR TERRARIUM

Step 1: Prepare the Drainage Layer

To prevent water stagnation and mold, start by creating a drainage layer with gravel or expanded clay. If included, add a thin layer of activated charcoal to keep the substrate clean and odor-free.

Step 2: Add the Substrate

Spread the soil evenly to create a solid base for the plants. Make sure to use the most suitable substrate for the selected species (e.g., well-draining soil for succulents or nutrient-rich soil for tropical plants).

Step 3: Carefully Plant Your Greenery

Place the plants carefully, leaving enough space for growth. Use tweezers or small gardening tools to avoid damaging the roots.

Step 4: Decorate Your Terrarium

Add moss, twigs, rocks, or other decorative elements to create a harmonious and natural-looking environment.

Step 5: Hydration

Use a spray bottle to lightly moisten the substrate, avoiding excessive watering. Remember that closed terrariums require very little irrigation, while open ones need more frequent watering.

3. CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Lighting: Place the terrarium in a bright area but away from direct sunlight to prevent overheating.
  • Watering: Check the humidity inside the terrarium. If excessive condensation appears on the glass, open it for a few hours to allow evaporation.
  • Pruning: Remove dry or overgrown leaves to maintain a healthy and balanced design.
  • Health Monitoring: If you notice signs of mold or wilting plants, take quick action to restore balance.

4. COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING

  • Excessive Condensation: Open the terrarium for a few hours and reduce watering.
  • Mold in the Substrate: Gently remove the affected part and check the humidity level.
  • Yellowing Plants: This may indicate overwatering or underwatering. Adjust irrigation according to the specific needs of the plants.

Ecosystem Terrarium

How to Create the Perfect Terrarium: A Guide for Beginners and Experts

Terrariums are small self-sustaining ecosystems that bring a touch of nature into indoor spaces. They are perfect for plant lovers who have little time for maintenance. Creating one from scratch is not only a relaxing and creative activity but also a great way to experience miniature gardening.

Materials You Need

To build a terrarium, you will need:

✅ A glass container (can be closed or open, depending on the type of plants)
✅ Suitable plants (mosses, ferns, succulents, air plants, etc.)
✅ Substrate (specific soil for tropical plants or succulents)
✅ Drainage layer (gravel, expanded clay, or activated charcoal)
✅ Decorative elements (rocks, wood, small figurines)
✅ Spray bottle for watering

Steps to Create a Terrarium

1. Choose the Right Container

The choice of container is essential:

  • closed terrarium retains moisture and is ideal for tropical plants like mosses and ferns.
  • An open terrarium is better for plants that require less humidity, such as succulents and cacti.

2. Prepare the Drainage Layer

To prevent water stagnation, start with a layer of gravel or expanded clay at the bottom of the container. Add a thin layer of activated charcoal to prevent mold and bad odors.

3. Add the Substrate

Choose soil suitable for your selected plants. Use rich organic soil for tropical plants, while succulents and cacti require well-draining soil.

4. Plant Your Greenery

Place your plants carefully, using tweezers or small gardening tools. Avoid overcrowding to allow space for growth.

5. Add Decorative Elements

Incorporate rocks, pieces of wood, or decorative items to make your terrarium look more natural and harmonious. This step adds a personal touch and enhances the visual appeal.

6. Water Sparingly

Use a spray bottle to lightly mist the soil, avoiding overwatering. Closed terrariums need very little water, while open ones require more frequent hydration.

Terrarium Maintenance & Care

🔸 Monitor Humidity: If excessive condensation appears in a closed terrarium, open it for a while.
🔸 Avoid Direct Sunlight: Intense sunlight can overheat the terrarium and damage the plants.
🔸 Trim Plants as Needed: If they grow too much, prune them to maintain aesthetic balance.

Creating a terrarium is a fascinating and accessible experience for everyone. It allows you to bring a piece of nature into your home with minimal care.

Hello world!
